How long until we're up and running?

The same afternoon. There's no migration project and no consultants. Sign up, add your trucks, drivers and customers, and start dispatching. It begins with sample data, so you're never staring at a blank screen.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can use a spreadsheet and a smartphone, you'll be comfortable in Lynked from day one, and we're here to help you get set up.

Does it handle sub-contractors as well as my own trucks?

Yes. Your fleet and your carriers sit on the one board. You charge the customer one rate and pay the carrier another, tracked separately so the two never get crossed.

Will it work on the phone in the cab?

Yes. Dispatch from the office, and drivers open their run in a browser on their phone to tick off pickups and deliveries, with nothing to download from an app store.

How does invoicing work?

Customer invoices and sub-contractor bills flow straight to Xero, itemised per load on the real delivered weights. On another accounting package? You can still run Lynked and raise invoices from the figures it gives you.

What does it cost?

0.2% of your freight turnover, about 20 cents for every $100 you invoice. On $100,000 of freight that's around $200 a month, and it scales straight back down in your quiet months. Every truck, driver, user and feature is included, with no setup fee, no minimum and no lock-in, and your first 30 days are free.
